The Inspection Report is a large file (1.52 MB). If you are using high-speed internet, the file will load fairly quickly. If you are using dial-up connections, it will take 5 - 6 minutes to bring up the file for viewing.

 

The sample report is 27 pages loaded with inspection details concerning the home, its problem areas as well as detailed photos. We hope this report will help you see what an inspection report entails.  Your final report may be 12-25 pages depending on the complexity of the house.

 

On-site inspections usually take 2 to 3 hours to complete.   It takes several hours to enter the home's information into the computer program and a report is generated.  The report is sent via e-mail or mail.   

 

A wise buyer will examine several potential inspectors before making a decision.  Beware of handwritten reports which are hard to follow and difficult or impossible to read.  Before you make a final decision on choosing an inspector, compare my report to the reports of the other inspectors you are considering.   We look forward to working with you.
